Nearly thought twice about buying in light of the reviews as never heard of the website. Glad I did. VERY happy the 5 items I bought all beautifully packaged will definitely be ordering from this website again.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a BOSS belt for my husband in the sale paying an additional £6.99 postage. The belt arrived on Thursday & was badly damaged with a BIG cut in the Leather & is unwearable.Surely someone would have seen this before it was sent out!!!. It will split on its first wear. I have done everything I was meant to do with regards to try & sort it out with Customer Service, which is a total waste of time. I even phoned there Cambridge Shop & spoke to a lady & was told that there is nothing they can do, this is the shop floor. EXTREMELY disgusting service, I have bought from you before & will NEVER buy from you again. Treat your customers fairly & have a Customer Service that solves problems. It doesn’t matter that this item was purchased in the Sale, you shouldn’t mislead a customer & if this was damaged then you should have listed it as a damaged item. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!!!!

As my experience has been great with this company, I ordered a coat and delived very quickly. The customer service was excellent and fast as well, and it took only two days to have my refund back since I returned the item. It wasn't like the reviews below at all. TBH after I was reading the reviews and I was preparing the refund process takes ages and thought I would have to experience about two weeks or more to get back the refund but it didn't happen to me at all!

I feel compelled to write a good review to offset the low ratings. I ordered a bag with Giulio (international delivery to the USA) and it was shipped out the next day. Very fast shipping through DHL; I received the package 3 days after placing the order. Would definitely use their service again.

Wanted to counteract the bad reviews as my experience has been great. My product was delivered promptly and is great quality and authentic.
Will use this company again as price was very competetive.

I read really bad reviews about this website so wasn’t sure what would happen but my item arrived within days, tracking details available and came when it said it would! Very very happy with the fab fast service! Will be ordering again that’s for sure!

My son saw a Moncler jacket on their website... I called the store and spoke to Matt who had the coat delivered to the Cambridge store and we picked it up the next day.. No deposit required.. Superb customer service and we will definitely be back. Matt was efficient and super friendly..would highly recommend this store.

Absolutely fantastic. I ordered a pair of shoes/sneakers on Friday and received them on Tuesday, considering it was the bank holiday weekend to it was delivered at exceptional speed.
The quality and style of the sneakers is second to none and will certainly shop online with Giulio going forward.

ORDER #45356. Ordered a pair of Boss shorts. About 4 days later got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I have heard many others complaining about this company. AVOID. Their cheap prices are too good to be true. AWFUL COMPANY. Would give them zero stars if I could.

AVOID! Cancelled my order for no reason and without notification so I placed another order for Balenciaga trainers and the box arrived battered. Don’t expect this for high end goods.
Have been contacting customer services for a week no and Demi is useless. I’ve got nowhere in all this time. Reached out on Instagram and in person but nobody will provide the CEO details, just keep sending me back to Demi. Need to send my damaged box item back but I’ve lost hope that I’ll even receive a refund given this experience and the passed reviews.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I flagged this to customer services as it obvious by the photo delivery proof provided by the courier. Giulio have refused to rectify the issue even though as the retailer they have a responsibility to do so. Customer service has been non-existent, uncommunicative and unhelpful. I wish I'd read the reviews on here first before ordering as it's evident they are experiencing significant issues. Avoid at all costs.

Customer Service is non-existent. They sent me the wrong shoes size as the sizing guide on the website wasn't the same as the manufactures. Emailed them on the 9th May and didn't get a response for 5 days - I responded immediately and 7 days later I haven't received a response.
I can't return the item as their returns portal won't accept my postcode. The store in Cambridge took the call but wouldn't accept any responsibility and said they completely separate from online orders. They have no telephone support. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

I’ve no idea where the bad reviews come from but suspect it may have been during the transition phase of JD. I’ve ordered with them recently and found customer service to be very responsive, happy to help and sorted me within minutes.

The items on sale are at amazing prices also. The gilet I got is less then half the sale price of all other stores.

My recommendation is don’t be put off by historic experiences; this is a good online retail experience

I have been waiting for my refund for over 3 weeks !!! I keep emailing as they don't have a customer service number and it's ridiculous !!! They owe me a total of £860. They dint even reply to emails and I've sent soo many emails about my return and refund. The service is crap and I will never ever but from them again.
